Others have philisophical questions about the nature of reality or consciousness. The spine of the program is weekly hour-long sessions with Kyra and daily check-in’s, Monday through Friday. The hour-long sessions take place on Zoom, and the daily check-in’s are audio memos on a free app called Voxer.

This isn’t therapy, nor is it meant to replace therapy. Therapy can be a wonderful resource for improving your relationships, making peace with the past, overcoming addiction and so forth. Therapy does not typically address the question of what you essentially are, which is the focus of this program. This understanding reveals that the source of peace, joy and love is shining within you—as you. Many forms of suffering naturally fade in the light of this understanding.

No, you don’t need to have any prior mediation experience. In fact, the word “meditation” is somewhat misleading. When we “meditate,” we’re simply experiencing reality. Experiencing reality is not difficult or esoteric, nor does it require any prior experience or special knowledge.
