The purpose of the private session is for you to receive personalized support in experiencing and understanding your essential self. This understanding delivers the peace, joy, freedom and love for which we most deeply yearn. Your specific desires, intentions and questions guide the session. This typically involves an hour-long conversation. At times, Kyra might guide you through a brief experiential process. You can also ask her to open or close the session with a brief meditation, if you’d like.
-
Before the session, take some time to consider what you really want. For some people, they simply want to stop suffering and find inner peace. For others, there may be questions about the nature of reality, consciousness, death, God, and so on. Others may have practical questions about difficult situations or how to heal from a specific traumatic event. Take some time to contemplate your heart’s deepest desire, and share that with Kyra in the beginning of the session. This helps her shape the session around what you truly want.

Therapy does not typically address the question of what you essentially are, which is the focus of these sessions. This understanding reveals that the source of peace, joy and love is shining within you—as you. Many forms of suffering naturally fade in the light of this understanding.
