This program allows you to explore your experience in an intimate, one-on-one setting over a sustained period of time. It includes weekly one-hour private sessions and daily check-ins, tailored to your specific questions and needs.

What’s included:

  • An initial conversation in which I learn about you and what you'd like to focus on during our 12 weeks together

  • 12 weekly one-hour private sessions on Zoom

  • Daily check-ins on Telegram

  • Recordings of your 12 private sessions

Common Questions

  • Think of me as a spiritual friend or mentor. Together, we shape the program around your specific interests, questions and needs. We meet weekly on Zoom to explore your experience, and connect daily through check-ins throughout the week.

  • Sessions include a conversation and possibly a brief guided meditation. Your interests and questions guide each one. Sessions are one hour long and take place on Zoom.

  • The check-ins provide daily touch-points to continue the thread of our conversation throughout the week. We use a free app called Telegram, where you can write a text or leave a voice memo. I'm available to respond Monday through Friday, 9 am–5 pm UK time.

  • No prior experience is needed. These sessions meet you exactly where you are—no special vocabulary, background or practice required.

  • I hold a master’s degree in Mind, Brain and Education from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in the Learning Sciences from Stanford University. I was an Adjunct Professor at Stanford before leaving academia to pursue my deep interest in non-duality. To learn more, please visit my About page.

  • No, this isn’t life coaching. The goal of the program is self-knowledge, not self-improvement. That being said, self-knowledge is the source of peace, joy, freedom, love, beauty and creativity. As such, you may experience an overflow of these qualities in your daily life.

  • No, you don’t need to have any prior mediation experience. In fact, the word “meditation” is somewhat misleading. When we “meditate,” we’re simply experiencing reality. Experiencing reality is not difficult or esoteric, nor does it require any prior experience or special knowledge.

  • Yes, the weekly hour-long sessions will be recorded, and you will receive a video and audio recording of all your sessions. These recordings are for your personal use only. If you prefer that your session isn’t recorded, just let Kyra know.
