Come experience the peace of your true nature and the unity of existence.
Kyra’s online gatherings offer the opportunity to taste the peace of your true nature, ask Kyra a question, or simply enjoy the company of those who are interested in the nature of reality, consciousness and healing. Each meeting begins with a brief meditation, followed by an open dialogue. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome.
-
To join a webinar, go to the booking page, select a date and enter your details. Once you have entered your details, you will receive an email confirmation with the webinar Zoom link. You will also receive an email reminder 24 hours before the event. If you enter your phone number, you will also receive a text reminder. Each meeting begins with a short meditation, followed by open dialogue and Q&A. If you’d like to share or ask Kyra a question after the meditation, simply click on the “Raise Hand” button in Zoom. When it’s your turn, Kyra will call on you and ask you to unmute yourself.
-
Yes, and feel free to sign up for as many as you’d like. After the webinar, you’ll receive a “thank you” email that includes a link to make a donation, if you wish, but this is entirely optional.
-
No, you don’t need any prior mediation experience. In fact, the word “meditation” is somewhat misleading. When we “meditate,” we’re simply experiencing reality. Experiencing reality is not difficult or esoteric, nor does it require any prior experience or special knowledge.
-
Yes, the webinars are recorded, and the meditation might be shared online. The dialogues are not shared online. If you would like to ask Kyra a question without being recorded, ask her to pause the recording during your question.
-
Kyra’s webinars typically occur on Thursdays at 8:00 am PST / 11:00 am EST / 4:00 pm GMT. If this is incompatible with your timezone, please contact Kyra to request an alternative time. She will do her best to offer alternatives.
You’re invited to join a small group of friends as we explore the peace, joy, freedom, love and beauty of our essential self. Together, we will ask and answer life’s most important questions: Who am I? What is the nature of reality? How do I live a meaningful life?
Each week, we will meet online to explore a different theme, such as:
• How do I stop suffering and find inner peace
• How do I find true and lasting happiness?
• How do I experience self-love?
Our weekly sessions will include a short guided meditation or contemplative talk, followed by open conversation. When we’re not in session together, we will be connected through a private group chat where you can ask questions or share your experience throughout the week.
Our group will be limited to 8–15 participants to ensure that everyone gets to know each other properly, ask all their questions, and receive the support they need.
The program includes:
• Weekly two-hour live sessions, which each include a guided meditation and open conversation
• Access to the private group chat where you can ask questions, share your experience and be supported by the group
• 12 recordings of the live sessions
• Supplementary materials: video, audio and written materials to support you
This program is for anyone seeking to deepen their spiritual inquiry with a committed group of friends. It offers the opportunity to ask questions in a small group over an extended period of time. This group will provide a dedicated weekly time—and a dedicated group of friends—to let your mind steep in the peace of your true nature.

There is no required work between the weekly sessions. That being said, Kyra might share specific readings or short videos pertaining to the theme of the week. She may also ask the group to explore a specific question throughout the week, such as, “Can you find a limit to your awareness?” The questions will always be experiential and prompt you to look closely at your own direct experience. As you explore each question, you can share experiences and “compare notes” in the group chat.
