No, you don’t need any prior mediation experience. In fact, the word “meditation” is somewhat misleading. When we “meditate,” we’re simply experiencing reality. Experiencing reality is not difficult or esoteric, nor does it require any prior experience or special knowledge.

Yes, the webinars are recorded, and the meditation might be shared online. The dialogues are not shared online. If you would like to ask Kyra a question without being recorded, ask her to pause the recording during your question.

Kyra’s webinars typically occur on Thursdays at 8:00 am PST / 11:00 am EST / 4:00 pm GMT. If this is incompatible with your timezone, please contact Kyra to request an alternative time. She will do her best to offer alternatives.

To join a webinar, go to the booking page, select a date and enter your details. Once you have entered your details, you will receive an email confirmation with the webinar Zoom link. You will also receive an email reminder 24 hours before the event. If you enter your phone number, you will also receive a text reminder. On the day of our meeting, simply click on the Zoom link in your email to join. The Zoom meeting room will open 15 minutes early to allow everyone time to settle in.

Each meeting begins with a short meditation, followed by open dialogue and Q&A. If you’d like to share or ask Kyra a question after the meditation, simply click on the “Raise Hand” button in Zoom. When it’s your turn, Kyra will call on you and ask you to unmute yourself.

Yes, and feel free to sign up for as many as you’d like. After the webinar, you’ll receive a “thank you” email that includes a link to make a donation, if you wish, but this is entirely optional.

In Essence, we go straight to your essential self: pure presence, or consciousness—that which knows your experience. This is not a rare mystical experience, reserved for the select few. It’s the simple awareness that is knowing this very moment.
Essence is a bespoke program to experience, explore and express your true nature. The program is shaped entirely around you, like a perfectly tailored suit. Together, we find the right balance of live sessions and daily contact, over the right length of time. We begin wherever you are and walk together back home. You will have me in your pocket the whole way through.
The Approach
The Direct Path
Through conversation, targeted questions and guided explorations of your experience, we go directly to the experience of your essential self. First, we shift the focus of your attention from outward to inward. We then travel inward as far as attention can go: to the background of experience, awareness itself. Once there, we explore the nature of awareness to understand your essence clearly.
You don’t need to meditate for decades, discipline yourself or follow spiritual rules. This approach honors the mind, not as an obstacle to awakening, but as the very raft that carries you across the river.
It doesn’t matter if you believe that your nature is peace. What matters is that you experience it.
The Process

Your Essence
While the journey looks different for each of us, it tends to move through three distinct phases.
Recognizing Your Essence
In this first phase, we shift your attention from outward to inward. Inward doesn’t mean we focus on thoughts and feelings—that’s a half-way step. Inward means all the way within: to your self, the one that knows your thoughts and feelings.
Exploring Your Essence
We then explore your essence and recognize its formless nature. As we do, peace, happiness and love no longer feel like abstract concepts, but names for your actual experience. We explore each quality to ensure you can locate it in your own experience.

Finally, you let your essence shine. There’s no need to abandon everything you’ve built, only to use it in the service of love. You might share your essence through a business, creative project or new technology. Or you may simply rest in your essence, allowing life to remain exactly as it is. There is no one right way to express your essence. The beauty of your essence will flow through you, in a way that is quintessentially you.
